Checkout Report

Item by item inspection against the Check In Inventory. All changes are noted. Maintenance issues are noted and flagged either landlord or tenant liability.

Responsibility is appointed & action is suggested.  The check out & key collection on the last day of the tenancy can be arranged. Please note:

We need the original inventory report  48 Hours prior to the check out inspection.

The 48 hour period is required to process the check-in inventory and prepare the report for a check out inspection.

Checkout reports start at £60 – Quote available on request

Periodic Inspections

An opportunity for the landlord to see the condition of the property mid way through the tenancy. A vital part of ensuring the property is being kept in good condition and that any maintenance issues are addressed before causing any long term damage to the property. This inspection will also detect various potential issues such as: smoking, negligence, maintenance issues, pets, illegal activity  etc.

We will contact your tenant to arrange/book in and attend the property. Once completed we will send over the full PDF report with photographs included within 24 hours. If the report is needed more urgently please note this when booking in job and we will aim to get it back to you as quickly as possible.

Periodic Inspections are £50 Per Inspection

Viewings

If you are a landlord not available to attend viewings we can attend rthese viewings for you on your behalf.

If you are looking to buy a property and cannot make the viewing yourself we can also attend on your behalf. We can either set up a FaceTime video at the time of viewing. Alternatively we can do a walk through video/take photos of the property and send them over to you for you to look at in your own time.

Viewings start at £30 per viewing depending on location – Quote available
